Shopify

What is Shopify?

Shopify is a platform that allows you to create, configure, and manage your online store.

Konfío and Sr Pago offer you a Shopify plugin to receive payments on your Shopify store.

Requirements

  1. You need to have a store on Shopify. If you do not have one, go ahead and create one.
  2. Have a Sr Pago account.
  3. Your website needs to have an SSL certificate.
  4. You need to be using an account with the role “store owner”, otherwise you won’t be able to install the plugin.

If your store is using the old plugin Legacy Sr Pago Shopify plugin you will have to go through the complete setup process again, just like a new store:

  1. Create an App on the My Dashboard.
  2. Install and configure the new plugin on your Shopify store.

1. Create an App

To be able to configure the plugin you will need to have App Keys.

If you have a store with Sr Pago Legacy, you will need to create a new app from your dashboard.

  1. Login into My dashboard.

  2. Look for the tab “Desarrolladores > Aplicaciones”: (Developer > Apps)

  3. Click “Crear Aplicación” (Create App) and choose “Shopify”: 

  4. Give a name to your app. Then click “Registrar” (Register).
  5. Once created, copy the Secret App Key in a safe place. You will need it later on in the setup process to configure the plugin.

  6. Look for the newly created App, and copy the App Key. Save this App Key in the same place where to stored your Secret Key. 
    We will use both keys in the next steps to configure the plugin.

  7. Last step: configure your plugin, click the 3 dots.

    Choose if you would like to activate Meses sin intereses (Installments).

2. Konfio Pagos plugin installation

  1. Open the direct link https://apps.shopify.com/konfio
  2. Click Install App

  3. Confirm the installation by clicking the green button: “Install App” 

     

  4. Now let’s configure the App , click “Manage”

     

  5. Configure the plugin: enter your Sandbox or Production App Keys and hit Save.
  6. Test mode and plugin activation: In order to make test payments make sure to turn on “Test mode” and click “Activate Konfío Pagos”:

    In order to take real payments
     you must enter Production keys and uncheck “Activate Test mode”

 

3.Sandbox: Test Mode

Test mode allows you to make simulated payments to test the integration.

4. Customize receipt and checkout page

Customise your receipts and checkout page visitng the My de Sr Pago settings page, you can upload a logo, add company details and social media profile URLs.
